Our target:

Keeping BTCL in dynamic organization and expanding telecommunication infrastructure to maintain leadership position in the telecommunications sector of the country.

For our purposes:

   Improve customer service standards

   Meeting the needs of telephones and infrastructure development

Respected customers will be required for new telephone connection

Interested applicants will be required to apply for the new telephone, along with the following papers, to Assistant Engineer of the concerned Exchange:

    The relevant Assistant Engineer's Office / BTCL Wave Site www.btcl.gov.bd will collect 3 (three) copies of application form and fill it properly (in Bangla / English).

   Attested Photocopy of any one of the passport, driving license, gun license, government job identity card etc. for customer contact.

    6 (six) copied pictures of attested.
